This is just a taste of the helpful information on body position that we provide in our lessons. Body position is one of the base skills that we help riders refine to be smoother and more efficient. You can either book for yourself or get a friend or family member who rides a voucher as a gift. Vouchers available here
Lessons are a great introduction to the sport of mountain biking. They help to build a solid foundation, and work on specific techniques, to support you in becoming a more competent and confident rider. In Rotorua, we offer private lessons that we will tailor to your level and ability. You can take these 1:1 with your instructor or bring some of your riding buddies. Our sessions provide leading coaching techniques and an environment where any rider can feel safe and confident as a beginner or push their limits and hone their skills as an expert. With trails for all abilities, there is always something for everyone.
